Enforcement

The Enforcement Bureau investigates and prosecutes violations of the Workers’ Compensation Act or Workers’ Compensation Administration Rules. The Enforcement Bureau is comprised of two investigators, one paralegal, and one attorney. The Enforcement Bureau accepts referrals from the general public.
