The Human Resources (HR) Bureau is an administrative unit of the WCA that handles recruitment, payroll, employee on-boarding, classification and compensation, employee relations, and labor relations. The HR Bureau is committed to creating a culture of civility for our workforce, passion for the important work the WCA performs and encouraging collaboration and cohesion among all our team members to meet the mission and goals of the Agency.
