General Counsel

The Office of the General Counsel is responsible for protecting the Workers’ Compensation system and maintaining the integrity of the Workers’ Compensation Act and applicable Workers’ Compensation regulations. This responsibility is achieved through education, adjudication, legal review and the monitoring of compliance to promote a fair workers’ compensation system for all stakeholders.
