Due to high winds in the area, PNM has shut off electricity in Las Vegas. As a result, the WCA Las Vegas office will close today at 1:00 p.m.

Office Closure Notice
Please be advised that all offices of the New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration will close at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 18, 2025, in observance of the state’s Spring Seasonal Holiday.
We encourage you to plan accordingly for any upcoming business with the agency. All offices will reopen during regular business hours on Monday, April 21

No Lump-Sum Hearings on Holiday Weeks
There will be no lump-sum hearings held on holiday weeks. In 2025, there will be no lump-sum hearings on the following dates:
Friday, January 3
Friday, January 24
Friday, May 30
Friday, July 4
Friday, September 5
Friday, October 17
Friday, November 28
Friday, December 26

Fee Schedule
The medical fee schedule is revised each year pursuant to statute. Proposed revisions are typically posted for review and public comment each fall, and the final version published in early December. Find the current fee schedule.
