Inclement Weather Notice
Due to inclement weather and poor road conditions across the state, the following WCA offices are operating with delays or closures for today, November 8th, 2024:
Santa Fe: Closed
Las Vegas: Closed
Upcoming Holiday Closure- No Lump Sum Friday
All New Mexico WCA offices will be closed on Monday, November 11th, 2024, in observance of Veterans Day. There will be no Lump Sum docket on Friday, November 15th due to this closure.
Public Comment for Judge Fuller's Reappointment
The Director of the Workers’ Compensation Administration (WCA), Robert E. Doucette, Jr., is considering the reappointment of Judge Ned Fuller to a five-year term pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 52-5-2 (2004). Judge Fuller’s one-year term expires on February 17, 2025. Anyone wishing to submit written public comments concerning Judge Fuller’s performance may do so until 5 p.m., Friday, November 15, 2024.

No Lump-Sum Hearings on Holiday Weeks
There will be no lump-sum hearings held on holiday weeks. In 2024, there will be no lump-sum hearings on the following dates:

Friday, January 19
Friday, May 31
Friday, September 6
Friday, October 18
Friday, November 15
Friday, November 29
Friday, December 27

Fee Schedule
The medical fee schedule is revised each year pursuant to statute. Proposed revisions are typically posted for review and public comment each fall, and the final version published in early December. Find the current fee schedule.
