WCA Rule Changes
The New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration held an in person public hearing on the adoption of new WCA Rules on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at the Workers’ Compensation Administration at 2410 Centre Avenue S.E., Albuquerque, NM 87106. The NM WCA is currently accepting written comments on the proposed changes, and the comments can be sent to the attention of the WCA’s Office of General Counsel, gc.clerk@wca.nm.gov. Public comments will be accepted until 5:00 pm on November 12, 2024.
